This License & Usage Policy explains how Digital Resource products and resources
may be used after purchase. Usage rights may vary depending on the specific
product and the license provided with it.

License Overview

Different products may come with different usage rights. Here’s a quick overview of the main types of licenses:

Personal Use

For your own personal projects, learning,Creative use or other non-commercial purposes..

Commercial Use

For creating work for clients, businesses, or commercial projects where permitted by the applicable license.

Resell / Redistribution

Only permitted when the specific product explicitly includes applicable resell or redistribution rights.

General License & Terms

License Grant

When you purchase a Digital Resource product, you receive the usage rights specified for that product. Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright of the original files or underlying intellectual property.

Personal Use

Products marked for personal use may be used for your own personal projects, learning, or other non-commercial purposes. They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with others unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license.

Commercial Use

Products that include commercial-use rights may be used in eligible personal, client, or commercial projects as specified in the product description or applicable license terms.

Commercial-use rights do not automatically include the right to resell or redistribute the original product files.

Resell & Redistribution Rights

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing a product is permitted only when the product specifically includes Resell Rights, MRR, PLR, or another applicable redistribution license.

If a product does not explicitly provide resell or redistribution rights, you may not resell, redistribute, share, or make the original product files available for download.

The specific rights and restrictions provided with each product will apply.

✔️. Create finished work using licensed resources where permitted.

✔️. Use products for client projects when commercial or client-use rights are included.

✔️. Share finished designs, not original files.

❌ What You Cannot Do

You may not:

🚫. Share original product files with unauthorized users.

🚫. Resell products without applicable resell rights.

🚫. Redistribute original files or make them available for unauthorized download.

🚫. Claim Digital Resource’s original content as your own. Remove or bypass required licensing or attribution conditions.

🚫. Use products for unlawful or prohibited purposes. Grant rights to others that you do not have under your own license.

Product-Specific Rights

Our digital products are delivered electronically and may be instantly accessible after purchase.
We recommended reviewing the product description, features, previews, and included file
before completing your purchase.

MRR / PLR

Rights and restrictions depend on the specific product terms and license.

Third-Party Assets

Some products may include third-party assets with separate licenses and usage restrictions.

Third-Party Assets

Some Digital Resource products may include or reference third-party assets such as fonts, icons, graphics, images, software, or other resources. These assets may be subject to their own licenses and usage restrictions. You are responsible for following the applicable third-party license terms where required.

Digital Resource retains ownership of its original website content, branding, designs, and other original materials unless otherwise stated. A license to use a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser. Where a product contains third-party materials, ownership and usage rights may be governed by the applicable third-party license.

License Violations

If a product is used outside the rights granted under its applicable license, Digital Resource may take appropriate action, including requesting that the unauthorized use stop or restricting access where applicable.
